2018 Aug 9

Yerry Mina and André Gomes are finalizing their exit from Barça to sign for Everton. Regardless of the fact that the two clubs are defining the details of the agreement, in principle Yerry is transferred and André Gomes transferred, the two players have undergone medical review by the 'toffee' team at the Hospital de Barcelona.

In the case of Yerry, and after waiting until the last minute for a final offer from Manchester United, which finally has not arrived, the Colombian central has decided to play in the Premiership at Everton. The confidence that has been transmitted to him by the toffee technician, Marco da Silva, has been key for the central azulgrana opted to play at Goodison Park this coming season, thus declining the other proposal that came from Olympique de Lyon.

Departure for André Gomes

In the talks between Barça and Everton for Yerry, the English team contemplated the option of also staying with the Portuguese midfielder as a loan, something that has finally come to fruition. André was one of the players discarded by Ernesto Valverde and although West Ham has also shown interest in signing him, the Portuguese midfielder has finally decided to follow in the footsteps of Yerry and play for Liverpool.

Three 'culés' at Goodison Park

Yerry and André will join another former Barça player at Everton, after Digne signed for the toffee just two weeks ago in exchange for Barça receiving 20.2 million euros, plus 1.5 in variables.
