On Sunday, Liverpool's winning run in the Premier League ended with 1-1 draw against The Red Devils at Old Trafford.

United's Marcus Rashford scored a controversial goal in the first-half which was verified by the video assistant referee (VAR).

Struggling Manchester United, who were longing for a much-needed victory, managed to hold the lead until the final five minutes when Adam Lallana netted a late equaliser to maintain Liverpool’s unbeaten start to the Premier League season.

Jurgen Klopp’s side managed to avoid their first domestic defeat of the season, extending their perfect start. Liverpool remain at the top of the Premier League table with 25 points, six points clear of second-placed and two-time defending champions Manchester City.

European champions failed to extend their run of consecutive victories in the Premier League to a record-equalling 18th straight win.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men sit in the 13th place with 10 points, just two points above the relegation zone.
